  1. 01Who we are

    This policy explains how HappyVoxel (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, https://happyvoxel.com. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].

  2. 02What we collect

    We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form:

    • your name and email address;
    • your company name, if you provide it;
    • the topic you are writing about and your message.

    Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time in server logs. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

  3. 03How we use it

    We use the information you send us to:

    • reply to your message and discuss a possible collaboration;
    • keep a record of our correspondence with you;
    • keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.

    We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

  4. 04Service providers

    We use a small number of processors who handle data on our behalf and only under our instructions:

    • Resend: delivers contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
    • Our hosting provider: serves this website and keeps the server logs described above.

    These providers may process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

  5. 05How long we keep it

    We keep contact form messages for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

  6. 06Your rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law requires.

  7. 07Changes to this policy

    We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
